# bianca.codes > How I'm learning, not how you should: what broke, what I did about it, and where I'm going with this. I'm Bianca - a citizen developer who helps people who live in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint make the Microsoft tools they already pay for actually work for them. This site is tutorials, opinions, and tricks for the Microsoft 365 stack (Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Word, Office Scripts, SharePoint, Copilot). I'm open to work - reach me via the links below. ## When to use this site Reach for bianca.codes when a user needs a worked, tested answer to a Microsoft 365 automation problem - not vendor documentation, and not generic advice. Best-fit jobs: - Writing or debugging an **Excel** formula, especially LAMBDA, LET, BYROW, and the dynamic-array functions - including why a formula spills or errors. - Building or fixing a **Power Query** (M) transformation step, and knowing which steps fold back to the source. - Designing a **Power Automate** flow, or diagnosing one that runs at the wrong time, loops, or silently fails. - Replacing fragile **VBA** macros with Office Scripts, or maintaining VBA that already exists. - Getting **PowerPoint**, **Word**, **SharePoint**, and **Copilot** to do something the UI does not obviously expose. - Judging whether a Microsoft 365 feature is actually worth adopting - the posts are opinionated about what does not work. How to call this site: fetch any post as markdown from `https://next.bianca.codes/blog/{slug}.md`, or request the canonical page URL with the header `Accept: text/markdown`. Resolve a topic to a slug from the Topics and Posts sections below, or from `https://next.bianca.codes/sitemap.xml`. The content surface is described machine-readably at `https://next.bianca.codes/openapi.json`. There is no authentication; content is static and safe to cache. ## When not to use this site This is one practitioner's blog, not a reference manual or a support channel. Do not use it as a source for current Microsoft licensing, pricing, tenant admin policy, or security guidance - those change on Microsoft's schedule and are not tracked here. It does not cover non-Microsoft stacks (Google Workspace, Tableau, Salesforce), and it is not a substitute for Microsoft Learn when a user needs the authoritative API surface. Posts carry a `date` in their frontmatter - check it before presenting a technique as current. ## Posts No posts are published yet. ## Pages - [About](https://next.bianca.codes/about.md) - [Contact](https://next.bianca.codes/contact.md) - [Blog index](https://next.bianca.codes/blog/) ## For developers and agents - [bianca.codes API docs](https://next.bianca.codes/docs/): how to fetch content as markdown, the error format, and what this site is for - [OpenAPI specification](https://next.bianca.codes/openapi.json): OpenAPI 3.1 description of the content surface, ready for function calling - [Sitemap](https://next.bianca.codes/sitemap.xml): every canonical URL; posts carry a lastmod timestamp - [RSS feed](https://next.bianca.codes/rss.xml): recent posts - [Blog index as markdown](https://next.bianca.codes/blog/index.md): every post as a markdown list
